61 FATHERS. ONE BLOODLINE. ONE QUESTION.
“Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh.” — Romans 1:3
WHERE DID THE BLOODLINE STOP?
The 61 Fathers of Christ by Dov puts the genealogy of Christ on the witness stand.
Follow the proposed seedline through Adam, Seth, Noah, Shem, Eber, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Judah, David, Joseph and Christ while examining one of the most consequential questions in biblical genealogy:
WHO WERE THEIR FATHERS?
This study examines Matthew 1, Joseph, Mary, the Holy Spirit, the Seed of David, Judah, paternal genealogy, the divided kingdom, scattered Israel, and the distinction between what Scripture explicitly states and what interpreters conclude.
The evidentiary standard is consistent throughout:
BOOK. CHAPTER. VERSE.
TWO OR THREE WITNESSES.
PRECEPT UPON PRECEPT.
PROVE ALL THINGS.
Among the questions examined:
Why is Joseph included in the genealogy of Christ?
What does “Seed of David according to the flesh” mean?
What does Matthew actually say about “came together”?
What does Scripture explicitly attribute to the Holy Spirit—and what conclusions are added by interpretation?
How does Christ “spring out of Judah”?
Where does Scripture say the fleshly genealogy ends?
This is not designed to tell you what to believe.
It is designed to make you open the Book and prove it.
