Shop Wow Goods provides shipping for physical merchandise and electronic delivery for digital products. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders $40+

We offer FREE standard shipping on physical merchandise orders totaling $40 USD or more, after discounts and before taxes, to United States addresses where standard shipping is available at checkout.

Orders below $40 are charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Digital products, taxes, and shipping charges do not count toward the $40 minimum.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Any optional expedited shipping charges are displayed at checkout. International shipping is not included in this offer.

Shipping Destinations and Charges

Available shipping destinations and delivery options are displayed at checkout. If your address is not supported, contact us before ordering.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges depend on the delivery address, products ordered, and available shipping method. Applicable charges are displayed before you complete payment.

Order Processing

Standard physical merchandise generally requires 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Custom, personalized, preorder, and made-to-order products may require additional production time. Any different processing or production timeline will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided with your order and explain the available options.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, standard shipping generally takes 4–5 business days in transit for eligible United States destinations.

For standard merchandise, the estimated total delivery time is therefore 6–8 business days after ordering, excluding weekends and holidays.

Different estimates shown on a product page or for a selected shipping service apply to that product or service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

If your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery period, contact us so we can investigate.

Fulfillment Locations and Partners

Products may be fulfilled by Shop Wow Goods or by a fulfillment partner. Our business address is not necessarily the location from which a product ships.

The applicable shipping origin and any different delivery timeline will be disclosed on the product page for merchandise dispatched from outside the United States.

Multiple Items and Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately because of different fulfillment locations, production schedules, or product availability.

When an order qualifies for free standard shipping, we do not charge additional standard shipping solely because we divide the order into multiple shipments.

Tracking information will be provided separately when available.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation and available tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created. If tracking remains unavailable or stops updating beyond the expected delivery period, contact us for assistance.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address before shipment, but changes may no longer be possible once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped.

Undeliverable packages, reshipments, and related refund requests are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package is missing, arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or shows delivered when you have not received it, contact us promptly.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when relevant. Keep the packaging for damaged deliveries when possible.

We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. A delivery scan alone will not automatically close your request.

International Shipping

International shipping is available only when your destination and a shipping service are offered at checkout.

The $40 free-shipping offer does not apply to international orders. International shipping charges and available delivery estimates are displayed before payment.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. Any amounts collected by Shop Wow Goods will be shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient to the carrier or customs authority.

Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable books, music, and study materials, do not require physical shipping and have no shipping charge.

Access or download instructions are provided electronically after successful payment, according to the delivery information on the product page.

If you cannot locate or access your purchase, check your spam folder and contact us for assistance.
